Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which you may cancel your subscription and request a refund for Goletro services operated by Goletro Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Goletro", "we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

30-day refund guarantee
- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Goletro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
- The 30-day refund period begins on the date of your first payment for a new subscription. It applies to both monthly and annual plans.
- Refund requests made within the 30-day window will be processed in full, with no questions asked.
- The 30-day guarantee applies only to first-time subscriptions. If you have previously received a refund and re-subscribe, the guarantee does not apply to the subsequent subscription.

Refund eligibility after 30 days
- After the 30-day guarantee period, refunds are generally not provided for partial months, unused time on annual plans, or plan downgrades.
- Exceptions may be made at Goletro's sole discretion in cases of extended, unresolved service outages that materially prevented you from using the platform.
- If Goletro discontinues the Service, paid subscribers will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of their prepaid subscription.

How to request a refund
- To request a refund, contact us through our contact page with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request.
- Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 7 business days of receipt.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation policy
- You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings in the Goletro dashboard.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to all paid features until that date.
- No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle after cancellation, unless the cancellation falls within the 30-day refund guarantee period.
- After cancellation takes effect, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan. Your data, server connections, and configurations will remain accessible under Free plan limits.

Annual subscription cancellation
- Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current annual billing period.
- If you cancel an annual subscription within the 30-day refund guarantee period, you will receive a full refund of the annual payment.
- After the 30-day guarantee period, no pro-rated refunds are provided for unused months on annual plans.
- Annual subscribers who cancel will retain access to paid features until the end of their prepaid annual period.

Plan changes and downgrades
- You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings.
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will retain access to your current plan's features until then.
- No refunds or credits are issued for plan downgrades.

Account termination by Goletro
- If your account is terminated by Goletro due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be issued.
- If your account is terminated by Goletro for reasons unrelated to a Terms violation, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your prepaid subscription.

Chargebacks and disputes
- If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us through our contact page before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Goletro may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution of the dispute.
- We will work with you in good faith to resolve any billing disputes promptly.

Changes to this policy
- Goletro reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Goletro dashboard.
- Changes will not apply retroactively to refund requests made before the updated policy takes effect.
- Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
